Job summary

Sephora is seeking an HR Specialist for our Las Vegas Distribution Center. The role covers the employee life cycle, leave administration, data reporting, compliance, and general HR support.

You will partner with leadership to streamline workflows, audits, and provide confidential HR guidance in a fast-paced DC environment. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years HR experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Dayforce, SharePoint), and strong confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (e.g. Dayforce and SharePoint).
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for workers' compensation claims and leave administration.
• Assist employees with benefits, open enrollment, and escalated inquiries.
• Manage unemployment claims and maintain employee data accuracy.
• Extract data from systems, create reports, and conduct audits of HR files.
• Process employee changes (internal moves, terminations) and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate on pre-employment screening and I-9 reverification.
• Provide payroll support and assist with daily timekeeping inquiries.
