Sephora USA, Inc is seeking an HR Specialist to perform a wide range of human resources activities across the employee life cycle in our Las Vegas distribution center. You will collaborate with leaders to streamline workflows, conduct audits, and deliver reports while supporting onboarding and employee engagement.

You will handle leave administration, data and report management, employment law compliance, and general HR support, ensuring confidentiality and high standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (e.g. Dayforce and SharePoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
