Sephora is seeking an HR Specialist for Distribution Centers to manage employee life cycle tasks, audits, reports, and onboarding initiatives. The role collaborates with leadership to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations within our DC network.

Key duties include leave administration, data reporting, and maintaining HR files while upholding confidentiality and regulatory compliance. A fast-paced environment requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (e.g. Dayforce and SharePoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of human resource activities tied to the employee life cycle.
• Collaborate with leaders to streamline workflows, conduct audits, and deliver reports.
• Support employee engagement and onboarding initiatives.
• Maintain HR files and conduct regular data audits and reconciliations.
• Process employee changes such as internal moves and terminations.
