Job summary

Sephora is seeking an HR Specialist at the Las Vegas Distribution Center to support employee life cycle activities, work closely with leaders to streamline workflows, conduct audits, and deliver reports. You will be a trusted confidential resource to staff and management, ensuring best practices in HR across the DC.

The role covers leave administration, data and report management, compliance, and general HR support, with a focus on employee engagement and onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in distribution or manufacturing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (Dayforce/SharePoint)
• Ability to learn HRIS and talent management systems quickly
• Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Leave Administration: manage workers' compensation claims, LOA, accommodations, benefits inquiries, unemployment claims
