Job summary

Sephora Group in Las Vegas Distribution Center is seeking an HR Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, coordinate leave, benefits, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to optimize workflows and reporting.

You will support onboarding, payroll inquiries, and internal communications, ensuring confidentiality and implementing best practices in a fast-paced DC environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related Human Resources experience, preferably in a distribution center or manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS (e.g. Dayforce and SharePoint)
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Thorough knowledge of current employment-related laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Leave administration: serve as a point of contact for workers' compensation claims and leave requests.
• Data & report management: extract data, run reports, and conduct HR file audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
• General HR support: answer policy/hiring/payroll questions and assist with onboarding.
• Support New Hire Orientation and daily timekeeping inquiries as needed
