Job summary

Sephora is seeking an HR Specialist for our Distribution Center with a Fri–Sun schedule. You will handle leave administration, data and report management, and regulatory compliance while partnering with leaders to support onboarding and payroll processes.

You will maintain confidentiality, deliver timely HR support, and ensure best practices across HR workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related Human Resources experience in a DC or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (e.g. Dayforce, SharePoint).
• Strong knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Leave administration including workers’ compensation, LOA, and accommodations.
• Audit HR files, process employee changes, and maintain records.
• Collaborate with leaders to streamline workflows and provide reports.
• Support onboarding, benefits inquiries, payroll, and timekeeping tasks.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policy updates.
