Job summary

Sephora is seeking an HR Specialist for the Las Vegas Distribution Center to manage leave administration, benefits support, and data accuracy. You will partner with leaders to streamline workflows, audit records, and deliver timely reports while safeguarding confidentiality.

You’ll collaborate with a dynamic HR team to support onboarding, payroll inquiries, and compliance across the DC operations. A strong communication mindset and meticulous organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in distribution/ DC or similar environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (Dayforce/SharePoint).
• Ability to learn HRIS and talent management systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle Leave Administration and assist with benefits and LOA processes.
• Manage data and reports; audit HR files; update employee records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Provide general HR support and assist with onboarding and payroll inquiries.
