Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in DC or manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS Dayforce and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for workers' compensation claims.
• Support leave of absence and accommodation requests.
• Assist benefits, enrollment, and general inquiries.
• Manage unemployment claims and required documentation.
• Extract data and generate HR reports.
• Audit HR files and maintain records.
• Process employee changes and status updates.
• Ensure I-9 reverification and regulatory compliance.
• Support onboarding and payroll timekeeping.
