Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a proactive team leader to manage daily operations and staff at our North Vernon location. You will focus on staffing, training, and scheduling to build a 5-star team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach and develop teammates, uphold food safety standards, and drive smooth operations across shifts. Travel to nearby locations may be required to support operations and maintain Wendy's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of years of experience leading people in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; college experience or military background welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible work availability and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant with focus on staffing, training, and scheduling.
• Identify 5-star talent and place the right people at the right time through effective scheduling.
• Coach and develop team; foster a fun, welcoming work environment where employees feel respected.
• Ensure food quality and service standards, and lead the team to maintain excellent guest experiences.
• Support shift supervisors and crew to improve each shift.
