• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Identify 5-Star talent and place the right people at the right time through effective scheduling.
• Coach and develop the team; help create a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels respected and valued.
• Support the GM in people and operations areas; ensure fresh food is prepared to standard for customers.
• Treat customers like family; ensure great food and service keep them coming back.
• Demonstrate how to do it right to Shift Managers and Crew Members; improve every shift.
