Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify 5-Star talent and help place the right people through effective scheduling.
• Provide coaching and development to the team and create a fun, inviting work environment.
• Support the GM in people and operations areas and ensure fresh food meets Wendy's standards.
• Lead shifts and ensure each shift improves performance and service quality.
• Contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals and maintain customer focus.
