Total Foodservice Group (TFG) is seeking a motivated HR Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts across multiple locations and assist with day-to-day HR operations in our Denham Springs, LA office.

You will manage postings, screen candidates, maintain the ATS, assist with onboarding and payroll, and help with employee records while collaborating with HR leadership on recruitment strategies and projects. This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate communication best practices.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and perform payroll processing accurately and timely.

Responsabilités

• Manage job postings, review applications, and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding.
• Process payroll accurately and timely, including reviewing timekeeping records and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Partner with HR leadership to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Travel occasionally to support TFG locations and HR initiatives as needed.
