Job summary

FOH is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate full-cycle recruitment, manage onboarding, payroll processes, and provide HR support across the employee lifecycle.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote days, and opportunities to influence FOH culture and processes within a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• 1 year of payroll processing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with HRIS platforms and ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and profiles.
• Develop engaging job descriptions and post on relevant platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviewing process.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Support payroll, HRIS data entry, and reporting.
• Maintain confidential Team Member records and ATS data.
