Job summary

Total Foodservice Group (TFG) seeks an HR Recruiting Coordinator in Denham Springs, LA to support hiring, payroll, onboarding and HR operations. You will manage postings, screen applicants, maintain records, and assist HR initiatives across locations.

The role requires 1–2 years in HR or recruitment coordination, ATS familiarity, strong organization, and the ability to learn payroll processing while handling confidential data on-site.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination.
• Familiarity with ATS and candidate communication best practices.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn payroll processing accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, review applications, and conduct initial screening.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and ensuring timely completion.
• Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding.
• Process payroll accurately and timely, including reviewing timekeeping records and adjusting as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR data tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Partner with HR leadership to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Travel occasionally to support locations and HR initiatives.
