Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruiting coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement across our growing, multi-state organization. You’ll help keep HR processes accurate, assist with payroll backup, and maintain a positive candidate and employee experience.

In this role, you’ll partner with managers, coordinate postings and interviews, handle new hire documentation, and contribute to timely communications and HR programs across the company.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience, including recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking, payroll, or timekeeping; Rippling is a plus.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and other recruiting activities.
• Prepare offer and new hire documentation and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and help create a welcoming, organized experience for new employees.
• Support employee offboarding and related administrative processes.
• Maintain accurate employee information and documentation in HR systems and process routine changes.
• Support HR reporting, audits, compliance activities, employee communications, and special projects.
• Provide general HR support to employees and managers and assist with day-to-day HR needs across the organization.
• Maintain working knowledge of payroll, benefits, leave administration, and workers’ compensation processes to provide backup coverage when needed.
• Assist with timecard and payroll review, benefit and leave questions, workers’ compensation documentation, and related HR processes during periods of coverage.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure employee information and HR processes are handled accurately and consistently.
