Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, or a related admin role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking abilities.
• High discretion handling confidential information.
• Experience with HR/ATS tools; Ashby and Rippling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews across time zones with candidates, managers, and panels.
• Send timely follow-ups to keep the hiring process moving.
• Track interview stages and flag delays or conflicts.
• Post and update job requisitions on boards and pages.
• Conduct reference checks for final-stage candidates.
• Manage background check requests with third-party vendors.
• Triage the People Operations inbox and route issues to the right team.
• Assist with leave management tasks and documentation.
• Coordinate communications with tax agencies as needed.
• Respond to unemployment/state agency requests.
• Handle new hire onboarding, I-9, and orientation calls.
• Support HR/People Ops platform administration and docs upkeep.
• Assist with ad hoc People Ops projects and tasks.
