Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruiting coordination, or related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High degree of discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage the shared People Operations inbox, responding to routine inquiries.
• Assist with leave management tasks, tracking requests, updating records, and following up on documentation.
• Contact tax agencies to resolve payroll or tax-related administrative matters.
• HR/People Ops platform administration including HRIS, employee recognition platform, and internal team site upkeep.
• Support other ad hoc People Operations projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
