Job summary

Thai Summit America is seeking an HR Generalist to manage a broad range of HR functions in Bardstown, KY. You will serve as a contact for employees and managers, administer HR services, and ensure compliant, confidential handling of employee information.

The role involves data management, benefits/Payroll liaison, policy enforcement, and support for attendance bonuses and time-keeping. Office and manufacturing environments; standard hours with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HR, admin assistance, or related field (must have or be pursuing).
• 1–3 years of HR experience; Bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Basic knowledge of employment law.
• Confidentiality requirements regarding employee information and company sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of HR services.
• Employee data management and filing (electronic and hardcopy).
• Serve as customer service point for HR inquiries.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Training and Employee Relations.
• Communicate and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with management to provide tailored HR support.
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality with labor laws.
• Create ID badges; produce flyers and postings.
• Process terminations in HRIS/ERP and handle related records.
• Process status change forms in HRIS/ERP to keep data up to date.
• Filing, purging, scanning, and copying as needed.
• Oversee uniform orders; reconcile invoices; submit check requests.
• Deliver interoffice mail; oversee locker room assignments.
• Track and record safety shoe and safety glass reimbursements.
• General correspondence and data entry as needed.
• Assist with Monthly Attendance Bonus and Quarterly Perfect Attendance.
• Review time cards per pay period after manager approval.
• Other duties as requested by management.
