Job summary

Tate Americas is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in Glasgow, Kentucky. The role handles employee relations, onboarding, and HR data management, reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager. Candidates must be onsite with flexibility to cover off shifts.

Responsibilities include policy interpretation, coaching managers, and ensuring compliance with laws and internal procedures while maintaining confidential records and HRIS data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with HR data management, confidentiality, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist employee relations with issue resolution, documentation, and policy interpretation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Coordinate workforce planning and staffing support as directed by HR leadership.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support HR metrics reporting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
