• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting lifecycle with Business Operations Administrator.
• Schedule interviews with managers and candidates.
• Prepare offer letters and hiring docs.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records.
• Assist onboarding through Paylocity and orientation.
• Administer benefits, compliance, and leave documentation.
• Support performance reviews and audits.
• Respond to employee HR inquiries.
