Job summary

Thai Summit America in Bardstown, Kentucky is seeking a Supervisor to manage a manufacturing team. The successful candidate will supervise, instruct, and motivate team members toward meeting departmental objectives, as well as plan and execute daily activities to ensure efficient production.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. The role may involve physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills required.
• General knowledge of personal computers (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and an ERP system).
