Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with staff, managers, and owner to articulate wins and improvements.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies, uphold core values at all times.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to current team members.
• Address deviations and delegate tasks to maintain operational flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
• Count registers, balance the cash, manage deposits, and daily totals.
• Prepare and present a daily recap of store metrics (deposits, SPMH).
• Conduct monthly inventory assessments to ensure proper stock levels.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and collaborate to improve service processes.
• Stay updated on menu items and promotions and communicate them to staff and customers.
