Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our values and lead by example in serving customers and guiding the team to success. You will maintain strong communication with staff and managers, train new teammates, and ensure adherence to policies while driving a positive store culture.

Ideal candidates have prior Shift-Lead experience in food or retail, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with staff, managers, and owner to articulate wins and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and core values at all times.
• Train new employees thoroughly and provide ongoing coaching to current team members.
• Address process deviations proactively and delegate tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically to turn challenges into positives.
• Prepare and present daily store metrics recap, including deposits and SPHM.
