Qualifications

• Shift-Lead experience preferred in food or retail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with staff, managers, and owner; articulate wins and improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and core values at all times.
• Train and coach new and current staff to boost skills and confidence.
• Address deviations, correct team members, and delegate tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically to turn challenges into positives.
• Count registers, balance cash, manage deposits, and handle tips daily.
• Prepare daily store metrics recap (deposits, SPMH) to guide improvement.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure stock levels and efficient use of resources.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and communicate menu items, promos, and seasonal offerings to staff and customers.
