Responsibilities include communicating with management and the owner, enforcing policies, and mentoring staff to deliver consistent, friendly service throughout every shift.

• Shift-Lead experience preferred in food or retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with staff, managers, and the store owner, documenting wins and areas for improvement.
• Ensure staff follow policies and uphold core values at all times.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve skills and confidence.
• Address deviations proactively, delegate tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically, turning challenges into positives.
• Count registers, balance the change box, manage deposits to ensure financial integrity.
• Prepare and present daily store metrics recap, including sales per hour.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure proper stock levels.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and collaborate to improve service processes.
• Stay informed on new menu items and promotions and communicate to staff and customers.
