• Previous Shift-Lead experience preferred in food or retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with staff, managers, and the store owner, ensuring wins and opportunities for improvement are clearly articulated.
• Ensure all staff adhere to policies and uphold core values at all times.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to current team members.
• Address process deviations, correct staff when needed, and delegate tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Count registers, complete safe drops, balance the change box, split tips, and manage deposits.
• Understand and uphold service standards as outlined by Leadership Team and train staff accordingly.
• Prepare a daily recap of store metrics, deposits and SPMH.
• Conduct monthly inventory assessments to ensure proper stock levels.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and collaborate to improve service processes.
• Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings and communicate to staff and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to project a professional environment.
