Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with staff, managers, and owner to articulate wins and improvements.
• Ensure policy adherence and uphold core values at all times.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills and confidence.
• Address deviations proactively and delegate tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences.
• Count registers, balance tills, and manage deposits to maintain financial integrity.
• Prepare daily store metrics recap and monitor performance.
