Job summary

Burger King is hiring for a Restaurant Supervisor in Chicago. You will lead a fast-paced team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage training, scheduling, and operations to deliver quality experiences.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and a strong guest-service mindset. You’ll foster teamwork, coach staff, and align daily activities with store goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC targets are met.
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory to optimize product orders and cost controls.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Implements plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
