Job summary

Burger King is seeking a motivated Restaurant Team member in Chicago-area Illinois for a hands-on, fast-paced role. You will help develop leaders, create memorable guest experiences, and balance guest satisfaction with financial goals at the restaurant level.

You will onboard new team members, lead daily huddles, coach staff, and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality. Availability for all shifts is required, with opportunities for growth within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Review inventory to plan product orders.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor staffing and onboarding for new team members.
• Create action plans addressing needs and assessments.
