Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders—put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences for guests.

• Implement cost controls and adjustments.
• Manage onboarding of new team members.
