Shake Shack is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting. You'll oversee all aspects of operations, compliance with safety standards, and community brand-building while upholding the Shack ethos of hospitality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Experience overseeing personnel, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
