Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will lead daily restaurant operations, train staff, and drive hospitality excellence while promoting the brand through local events and community engagement.

The role emphasizes coaching, financial acumen, and adherence to sanitation standards, with opportunities for growth within a beloved hospitality brand known for teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
