Shake Shack is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and uphold the brand’s high hospitality standards. You’ll coach teams, drive excellence, and engage with the local community through events and promotions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the brand in the local community through events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
