Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations.
• Food handler certification preferred and ability to manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on Shack operations and standards.
• Motivate and manage staff to deliver hospitality excellence.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching to achieve operational excellence.
