Shake Shack in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train team members, coach staff, and drive excellence in service while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include promoting the brand locally, maintaining sanitation and safety, and managing resources to meet high-volume demands. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with opportunities for growth within the ShackFam.

Formación

• 2-3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, planning, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at all levels; understands financials.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
