Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, maintaining brand safety and cleanliness, and driving store performance through scheduling, cost control, and KPI monitoring.

Formación

• 1+ year of food service management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Guest Experience with a guest-first culture emphasizing speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Develop & lead your team through training, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Drive operations by upholding brand, safety, and cleanliness standards; manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Own the business by monitoring labor, food cost, and operating expenses; analyze sales trends to drive growth.
