Job summary

The Salema Group Dunkin’ is seeking an energetic, people-focused leader to build a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Portsmouth, NH. You will set high standards, train staff, and own daily operations, including labor, food cost, and scheduling.

Expect 40–50 hours/week, 5–6 days, with weekends and holidays as needed. A strong emphasis on coaching, accountability, and maintaining brand standards will help you drive growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience with a guest-first culture emphasizing speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Manage daily operations, schedule, payroll, inventory and compliance to maintain an efficient store.
• Analyze sales trends and drive growth while monitoring KPIs and operating expenses.
