Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience with a guest-first culture emphasizing speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Develop and lead the store team through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Drive store operations focusing on brand standards, safety, cleanliness, scheduling, payroll, inventory and compliance.
• Own the business by monitoring labor, food cost and operating expenses; analyze sales and implement growth strategies.
