The Salema Group Dunkin’ is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to guide a fast-paced Dunkin’ location along the New Hampshire seacoast. You’ll drive guest experience, coach your team, and own daily operations from scheduling to payroll while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience, ensuring speed, accuracy and friendliness across all guest interactions.
• Drive Operations & Performance by enforcing brand standards, safety, cleanliness and efficient scheduling.
• Own the Business by managing labor, food cost, and operating expenses, and monitoring KPIs to meet targets.
• Provide clear expectations, feedback, and accountability while leading by example on the floor.
