This franchisee operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine, offering competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to impact both team and guests.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Manage and control labor, food cost, and operating expenses.
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust operations to meet or exceed targets.
