Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience is required.

• Lead the Guest Experience with a guest-first culture focused on speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Develop and lead your team through training, coaching, and development.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Manage labor, food cost, and operating expenses to drive profitability.
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to drive growth.
