The Salema Group Dunkin' is seeking a people-focused leader to build a positive store culture, develop talent, and keep the team focused on delivering great service every day. You will lead from the front, uphold high standards, and help others grow while ensuring guest satisfaction and strong financial performance.

With 40-50 hours weekly, 5-6 days, you will manage labor, food cost, and operating expenses, drive brand standards, and oversee safety and cleanliness.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
