Job summary

Nando's North America is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the floor with calm, confident direction, uphold standards, and grow the team’s capability while preserving the warm hospitality guests expect.

You will open, run, and close shifts, coaching staff, managing inventory and KPIs, and ensuring safety, quality, and consistent service across all channels. 2–3 years of restaurant management experience required; Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in fast casual, QSR, or full service.
• Proven ability to lead full shifts, manage deployment and peak-time operations.
• Experience delivering KPIs (sales, labor, food quality, audits, speed of service).
