Job summary

Burger King is hiring a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to help lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team at our Chicago location. You will coach crew members, uphold quality standards, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Must have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Excellent guest service, clear communication, and the ability to resolve issues quickly are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders by putting people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable guest experiences and service that makes guests want to return.
• Maintain balance between high-quality guest experience and financial goals.
• Welcomes and trains new team members; provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team; monitor training progression.
• Ensure daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate and up-to-date.
• Review inventory and assist with cost controls and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
