Job summary

Burger King in Chicago, IL seeks a hands-on supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will manage guest experience, training, scheduling, and cost controls to ensure quality and financial goals are met.

The role requires strong guest service, 1–2 years of supervisory experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs.
• Reviews inventory efficiencies to optimize orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
