Job summary

Bojangles' Burgaw, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and guest satisfaction through people, performance, and process discipline.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, and a commitment to safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience

Responsibilities

• Creates an inviting culture in the store and values team members.
• Communicates effectively with guests (internal and external).
• Leads onboarding and development of new team members.
• Ensures adherence to systems and processes (BoFood/BoLabor).
• Maintains safety, quality, and service standards; drives WOW guest service.
• Manages inventory and participates in LTO lifecycle training.
