Bojangles' in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and guest satisfaction through people development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Create an inviting culture in the store, where team members feel respected and valued.
• Actively seek growth opportunities or assignments for development.
• Communicate effectively with all guests (internal and external).
• Onboard and mentor new team members.
• Demonstrate BoCulture principles in every interaction.
• Understand and uphold restaurant P&L and inventory processes.
• Support safety and security standards and compliance.
• Lead teams to deliver WOW guest service in a fast-paced environment.
