Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week, any shift, 7 days a week.
• Supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Experience onboarding employees at all levels.
• Experience with cash handling and bank deposits.
• Strong multitasking and team leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Create inviting culture in the store and ensure team members feel respected and valued.
• Seek growth opportunities or assignments for development.
• Communicate effectively with guests (internal and external).
• Onboard new team members.

• Maintain standards and take corrective action when needed.
• Empower team to deliver WOW guest service.
• Participate in inventory management and escalate opportunities.
• Uphold safety and security standards.
• Lead LTO activities and POP by deadlines.
