Bojangles' in High Point, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Essential duties include building an inviting store environment, coaching staff, effective communication with guests, and upholding Bojangles' culture and processes. Flexible hours, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.
