Bojangles Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Charlotte, NC.

This leadership role guides店 the restaurant team to deliver exceptional Southern hospitality and drive traffic, sales, and profitability in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years of management experience, strong communication and coaching skills, and a track record of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with onboarding employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and lead a team to drive traffic, sales and profitability.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture and strong hospitality standards.
• Ensure adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes.
• Oversee inventory management and safety/security practices.
• Support training, onboarding and career development of staff.
